BajoranTerranOTF - Resiting the Terran Empire 4.0
Introduction
So to BREAK Kazon battle, and potentially cripple Borg if they came to me I tossed 10 LoOS, and more draw cards in to my TE deck, It broke people, with no way to skip around LoOS even with just ten in a larger deck it virtual locked every one out.

Round 1Justin FordFW (+94)
Borg typically have only one ship, so this could be bad for him that was one of my points to the card Justin had two ships BUT against odds he didn't draw in to the new Ent-E until a few turns in and by that point it would take him to long to staff it, 3 turns of his main cube trying to reach it stuck in orbit of Bajor gave me a tonne of time to get a full win 100-0. It was pretty must a very frustrating game for him.

Round 2KazonJMW (+70)View opponent's Report
J was Kazon, just what i had the LoOS in the deck for; he never would have made it out of the DQ and did not have 140 points of missions there. BUT I made it even worse when he had ill prepared attempts early I let him attempt missions then at the end after he scorched several of my LoOS out of my hand i was still able to lock him out of moving fro the blank at time, though ITZ had guaranteed my MW, LoOS meant he had no hope of any points.

Round 3CardassianMichael Van BreemenFW (+53)View opponent's Report
MVB was Cardi with Docking Ports, this made me think LoOS wouldn't be much of a stall due to free ships that all have tractor beams. However, due to a lack of AU cards evident from no AU doors, etc., I hit him with a Temporal Shifting on turn 1 to decimate his hand and shut off any hope of his primary draw engine. Due to silly dilemma placement from me, he was able to solve his homeworld (no Dead End or Scow). LoOS then stalled him for severalllllll turns and I was able to get to a full win before he could do anything else. LoOS led to another very frustrating game for my opponent.

Closing Thoughts
LoOS, even in reasonable numbers, as a valid response is insanely good; and the lockout version deck I have is an absolute NPE.
