By the way, this tournament was comprised 50/50 male/female. Round 1 Julia Y-F Chen FL (-100)View opponent's ReportView original Report I got a back start against Julia. She was playing her Cardassian deck. I got no holodeck door for three turns. And then I lost six to Artillary attack--all of my security. Downhill from there. 100-0 loss. Went first.. Open the turn one with 4 peeps and a boat (aka ship). Once I got enough staffing for mission requirements, I race to finished my mission. got stalled by some roxanne's dilemas.. but I took out her entire security personnels with Artillary attack which stop her from completing her missions.. woot!!! Round 2 Barbara Copp FL (-30) Barb and I were playing Delta quadrant decks. In fact, we duplicated three planet missions. We were both struggling in some of our draws. A very close game--if Barb had not won on her turn, I would have won on my next turn. 100-70 loss. Round 3 theCaptain MW (+35) Allan was playing, as always, his Klingon battle deck. I first hit a Dead End - not unexpected. Then a Cytherians. I had a great debate: do I return my ship to my hand (with a million people) or do I let him blow up my ship with a Mona Lisa on board (-25 points for Allan). I opted for returning my ship. We timed out at 60-25 for me (of course, I had no facilities or ships left at that point).
