Roxanne Barbour (hyperlight) Tournament Report - 2E 2012-11-24 - 01:00 PM Borg #1 Introduction By happenstance, Julia and I decided to play Borg. I am "One of Two", and Julia is "Two of Two". My dilemma pile is only for four achievements--one time only play. Round 1 titus FL (-50) AJ was playing DS9. He got the first mission and, then on the second mission I pulled all capture dilemmas. Since he went in with a large team, I captured 5 people. I completed "Harness Omega Particle" for 50 points. Then realized I didn't want to do this mission as I would still have to do two others. Managed to get another person in the brig. AJ won 100-50. Round 2 James Huckin FW (+100) James attempted a mission first. (I wanted to wait until he left his homeworld so I could play "The New Resistance".) The deck worked perfectly in this game. I attempted 1 mission on one turn and got through on my first try. Then attempted 2 missions on the next turn, and got through both on my first tries: Hunt Alien, Battle Reconnaissance, and Destroy Transwarp Hub. !00-0 win for me. Round 3 Julia Y-F Chen FL (-30) Borg vs Borg. Jules attempted first and got through on her first try. I now put out "The New Resistance" and managed 5 free people. Making everyone a dissident with the ship is awesome. I got through "Battle Reconnaissance" and "Hunt Alien" on my first attempts. Then Jules completed two missions before I managed my third. 100-70 win for Jules.
