KCA Crash and Burn |
Introduction |
Trying my slim KCA deck with tons of Computer crashes was fun, but not fast enough. Seeing two delta quadrant decks that could get four cards a turn and more reports than me didn't help as my Computer Crashes did little to slow them down. |
|
Round 1 | | Kenneth Tufts | FL (-70) |
Funny enough, Ken was trying to do Computer Crash denial deck as well. This made him well prepared for not getting any downloads :)
Ken was playing Delta Quadrant and completed three missions in the DQ for the win. |

|
Round 2 | | Michael Van Breemen | FW (+30) |
My anti-download tech stalled Michael enough for me to pull the win. |
|
|
Round 3 | | Roxanne Barbour | FL (-36) |
Another delta deck with four card draws a turn plus a ton of personnel plays a turn. She used Quark's Rods to get her first turn downloads and then went on to win.
Pretty cool thing was she used an Iconian gateway to get to an AQ planet mission for the win! |
|
|
Round 4 | | Justin Ford | FL (-40) |
The game against Justin went a long time (around 14 turns), of which every turn I had a Computer Crash preventing his downloads. This really slowed him down, but his dilemmas (and at the end a four turn Linguistic Legerman), slowed me down such that he was able to pull out a win |

Closing Thoughts |
It was fun to try, but would need tweaking to make better. Next time I would probably just focus on the DS9 Klingons and drop the Computer Crashes in favour of a streamlined Klingon Kick Butt (with more reports) |
