Charlie played fast as i did. I got a lucky stop to med crisis, else the chairman would have one |
Jon was playing Romulan free report salad, and had a ton of personnel in play on Turn 1. I think he even attempted a mission, though was stopped by one of my walls. My deck was also fast, but not as fact on Jon, so it came down to dilemmas. This was a very close game that was ultimately decided by a 50/50 random selection that went Jon's way. I wasn't happy to lose (who is?), but was happy with how my deck played. |

Round 3 | | Michael Van Breemen | FL (-15) |
we ere both spewing out people. I am solved down to a med crisis at teh end of my 6th turn. MVB goes for the super turn. Scores 140 points. If I had literally seeded any dilemmas under different missions he would have been stopped at one of the missions he blew through |

Round 4 | | Kris Sonsteby | ML (-54) |
I attempt my howmeworld early, this lets him assimilate an android and take away my paxan protection.
I still solve it. I am able to battle him to slow him down. Last turn I need to solve a planet to win (he has only planets) and I have solved paxan. I lose two ships to dilemmas an cannot attempt again with his burried alive. One more ship (or remembering a genisis effect to stop teh deadend at my homeworld and I would have snuck past his borg |
