Kazon and the nox! |
Introduction |
So I wanted to play with Kazon Voyager, so i took my standard DQ build and swapped out Kazon for the other two. It was pretty fast, and drew a Maje on the first or second turn every game. |
|
Round 1 | | Jeremy Norris | FW (+100) |
Jeremy's deck lacked important ref cards, so I DL'd fast and had skills to fly through dilemmas. I was simply way to fast for him. |
|
|
Round 2 | | Scott Baughman | FW (+100)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
Scott and I were in the DQ, Scott uesd caretaker's for Voyager so his deck wasn't as fast. I was able to fly through two missions for a fast win. |
Jon has Kazon too! We both seed Caretaker's but in this game Jon has a WHOLE lot more free plays (Neelix, Paxim, Kes, Etc.) and an Equinox to play with HAFH so he has a gazillion more people in play on his first turn than I will. He uses ASP to power Meditations and draws a lot of cards with it before I beam down and kill Dr. Nydom. I hit an early Denevean Nueral Parasites and lose four people. Later in the game he hits DNP and loses 7. Afterwards, a Barclay's Protomorphosis kills the rest! 15 dead! But I'm locked out of my missions due to Executive Authorization and In The Pale Moonlight. Jon wins with two missions thanks to AMS. |

Round 3 | | Nathan Miracle | FW (+100) |
Nathan thought this was a sealed event so All he had with him was a block deck. While his doubbled armus dilemmas were able to kill a lot, I had enough people to absorb the casualties. the lack of ref cards again makes it fast and easy to win |

Closing Thoughts |
Kazon are almost as fast as the other two and almost as deep in skill density. they can do some good work |
