Al Schaefer (ltkettch17) Tournament Report - Tr 2014-02-23 - 04:00 PM Irregular Rescue 1.1 Introduction Went with my best performing deck, as of late, to try and get the win and some more League points. Maggie was playing Battle, Brian Rescue, Eric was mostly Go, Sabotage, Stampede, and Replays; Michael was mostly Poison and Sabotage. This game took 42 minutes. Brian started on my left and Michael started on my right. Round 1 () Michael went out with 130k. I scored 10 by Copying a Poison. Round 2 () Brian went out with 200k. I scored 100k off of Poison. Round 3 () I went out after a LONG round with 534k and scored a Tally off of Maggie as well. Round 4 () Maggie re-seated the players to start Round 4. Now Michael is on my left and Eric is on my right. Michael went out with 23k. I scored another 100k off of Poison. Round 5 () I went out again for 421k after stacking some 100k's early due to Qapla. Closing Thoughts The deck posted it's best score to date. With limited Recycling at the table and Brian being a solid Rescue player, I avoided being Recycled all game. Michael Poisoned 10 times for only 4k total; I've been there many a time, so I know what that's like. Since I've removed the Scan element to this deck and replaced it with Rescue, this deck has 2 first place and 1 second place finishes in pods of 5 and 1 second place finish in a pod of 7. I'd still like to play more games, but this is by far the most success I've had with any Tribbles deck. I may have to give it a rest if Recylce starts showing up more frequently.
