Hell's HeartPlanet Voyager Jr Jr Hand-cuff Edition
Introduction
Continuing my 5-year mission to get a win with each affiliation, I'm down to my last two and today I'm bringing a To Rule In Hell deck. I haven't had much time to practice with this deck and I was scrambling a little this morning to make some last minute changes to my dilemma pile.

Round 1MaquisJason BeyerMW (+25)View opponent's Report
Jason was playing a Stalling For Time style of Maquis with the new HQ. He paired it with an ACE-TT-Clown pile. Kahn and his friends can barely get off the ground, let alone win a game, so I knew this would be an uphill battle. I was fortunate to keep my main guys on the table and grind through my first two planet missions, but Jason's stall tactics forced me to redraw the same two cards for several turns and eventually I was slowed to a crawl. I was extremely fortunate when he consumed 2 Clown Guillotines. My own dilemma pile was able to hold him off and he had a chance to win after time was called but couldn't seal the win.

Round 2DS9Corbin JohnsonML (-30)View opponent's Report
Corbin was playing a matching commander DS9 Gamma quadrant deck. I got off to a good start, but his dilemma pile did a good job of stopping the right amount of people without stacking any dilemmas. I good start was short lived and my hand got jammed with extra copies of Unique personnel and I couldn't find a These Are The Voyages or Optimism to save my life. I shot myself in the foot when I over-costed a dilemma stack at Stakoran Straight when I forgot that dual dilemmas would be cost+1. I did complete TRiH in this game, but with time running out, I stopped attempting at Regula hoping to get through on Genesis and gain the True Tie, but Corbin's dilemma pile was too much for Genetically Enhanced and he secured the Mod-Win.

Round 3StarfleetMaggie GeppertFW (+100)
Maggie was giving the new Starfleet a try this month. I had my best start of the day and was able to get good group of the GE's out early as well as Arik Soong and Udar. I played all my TaTV's and had no lack of cards. I got Maggie's crew to go Where No One Has Gone Before and really had no issues this game. By the end of the game, I had every personnel in play I possibly could.

Closing Thoughts
The deck played completely different in all 3 games. I'd imagine my game with Corbin or Jason is more like what I would experience with this deck. The deck has several issues and definitely needs a boost; either access to more GE personnel or more missions. There are several Events and Interrupts I'd like to play, but the deck gets very bloated and there's just not enough available personnel to make the deck much bigger. The other no-HQ decks like Voyager and Relativity have some pretty serious advantages over TRiH. Regula is a great addition to this deck and it works great with the Genesis Planet.
