Terok Nor Earth |
Introduction |
There were two headquarters I have never used in a sanctioned tournament...Terok Nor and Earth Space Nine...so I teamed them up in a dual HQ deck. It just so happens that a specific achievement is available for this combo. Sweet! There were many lessons for me to learn about this deck... |

This is where I learned that my deck can be a bonus point earning machine. Note to self: put in some At What Costs |
I was able to pull off the above trick on some key personnel which was nice. Brian was able to score a lot of bonus points and I was worried that he get a two mission win but I was able to eek out the win. |

Round 2 | | Al Schaefer | FL (-50)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
This is where I learned that the cost of Holding Cell really mucks up my card playing. Note to self: Maybe I do not actually need to use Holding Cell in this deck. |
Brian rolls out an unholy dual HQ featuring Teroc Nor and ES9. He gets off to a slow start, but catches up quickly after stalling me with back-to-back-to-back Show Trial at Investigate Destruction. He completes his 40 point mission after several trips back to his HQ's and TOS completes an easy victory. |

Round 3 | | Maggie Geppert | FL (-95)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
This is where I learned I may need to adjust my dilemma pile a bit. Of course, using non-virtual cards will help. Note to self: add The Dreamer and the Dream to the dilemma pile. |
I don't remember much about this round. I captured a couple of Brian's guys early on, so no trouble on that front. I'm pretty sure I did 2 space and Mine Vendarite. I will say that Lending a Hand is killer in this format, as is Rush Job. |

Closing Thoughts |
There is neat little deck in here somewhere. I want to try to make something out of it. I will make some adjustments (possibly with some non-virtual cards) and plan on keeping this deck around for standard constructed tournaments. |
