Kazon Warp Speed |
Introduction |
I played mainly for the achievements as I kept thinking that I really don't remember 1E that well so I figured, I could get some 1E achievements... not to mention play with the Kazon which I probably would never do in any other format. |

Round 1 | | epinnick | FW (-50) |
I won a turn before with Hanonian Land Eel holding him off in planets. |

Round 2 | | Daniel Matteson | FL (+80)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
Kazon bomb sucks when you don't draft a Tricorder of any kind, especially when a lot of people die. It gave Daniel the time needed to win. |
This one was over fairly quickly. A seeded Mission Debriefing bought my opponent a turn after completing one mission, but I had already cleared the dilemmas under the other one and was able to complete on the next turn. |

Round 3 | | J | FL (+25)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
Ship battle sucks when you're one turn behind your opponents armada. It equally sucks when you have no transporters to beam down to your planet mission until it comes back. |
Going up against Mike, I was keeping in mind my error against Danny. He went space first even though his outpost was at a planet, then I sued Blue Alert and a Shuttle to launch over and blow up his Intrepid (seriously one shotted it).
I ditched the shuttle mid-spcaline so that I could launch back out the father planet mission once I had cleared the space and returned the Intrepid to my Outpost. By the time I got there, a number of skills had built up allowing me to run at the space mission.
This wouldn't have been enough to win me the game, really, as Mike's dilemmas were still better than mine. The issue he had was that his remaining ships had no Transports (were Kazon) and he couldn't beam down to his planet mission. He finally got an=hold of some transporter tech a turn too late. |

Round 4 | | Rem Boon | FL (-35) |
An overall nothing-was-going-right kind of game. Getting stuck at Implication when you can't draw Namira and Drang got himself killed is just not my idea of good times. |
