Introduction |
My First attempt at writing a tournament report. I was playing My bajoran Orb/Integrity deck |
|
Round 1 | | Martin Drake | FW (+100)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
martin was playing a Dominion deck and had trouble getting a ship out and by the time he managed to get a ship into play i was finishing two missions for the FW 100-0 |
Ted had a very fast deck, and it took several turns before I could get a ship. |
|
Round 2 | | John Kinney | FW (+65) |
John was playing a Relativity Deck but after completing His first Mission he seemed to stall out by Either not being staffed or not having the Skills needed while I managed a few Key stops on the way to getting the FW 105-35 |

Round 3 | | Rick Kinney | FL (-40)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
Rick was playing a Killer TOS deck that pretty much Killed whatever he stopped the game was fairly close through out but after Rick managed to Kill My Bariel for the 6th time as solved my second Mission a little too late as on his next turn He was able to get the Win when I wasn't able to pull a 1 cost Dilemma to get the stop. FL 60-100 |
Ted's high integrity Bajorn deck was not totally unexpected. Fortunately for me, he didn't have any Event destruction (no one did now that I think about it), and had to face Sabotaged Transporter with each mission attempt. I knew he could get Bariel back with Borum and several other methods, but I kept killing him every chance I got. I think I killed him at least five times during the course of the game.
I even messed up at one point, killing Bariel when I should have killed Sisco to de-staff his ship. I had tunnel vision though and wasn't looking at staffing requirements - I just wanted Bariel dead. Even so, I was able to hang on for the win. Ted made it very close though as he took full advantage of Chula: The Game, putting it on each of my missions and then hitting me with multiple Chulas on almost every attempt I made. I'll admit I squeaked by on this one with a full win, 100-60. |

Closing Thoughts |
Althaough I made a couple of mistakes in My game against Rick I was happy with the way My deck Performed overall. |
