Mirror runnin wild |
Introduction |
Here at the lock yard in Brooklyn,NY . I must say what a fun place to gather, great people, food, drinks, and a very excited group of people to play. |
Round 1 | | Bye | BY (0) |
I took the bye round to help the new players with seeding set up and help with game play. |
Round 2 | | Alex V | FW (+100) |
I played Alex, he was playing a TNG Romulan deck, I was all alone in the mirror quad , I assembled a very decent crew to venture out, my dilemmas stone walled alex, including blowing up his ship, killing half his crew, and once he finished through he could not complete the mission keeping him scoreless, the willing to learn and excitement was there. |
Round 3 | | Christopher Ghiorzi | FW (+100) |
Next I played Chris the TD and host, playing an enterprise/maco deck, he as well ran into some tough combos of mine slowing him down, again I was alone in the mirror quad to do what I wanted. |
Round 4 | | Mark Panna | FW (+100) |
The match of the night for the tournament winner was between mark and I like it is for almost all our hosted tournaments. This time I was on edge because mark's play was very good through the beginning rounds and I felt he might pull the upset, But due to some player mishaps on his part I Juggernaut-ed through 4 missions in 3 turns and won in under 20 mins. |

Closing Thoughts |
These new players to game learned a lot from mark and I, Like we did last year in Maryland with Brian Sykes,Phil,Austin, and Ben. The venue is very friendly, everybody had fun, And really think the Lock yard is gonna become a mainstay in trek play in the NYC area. |
