You Can't Keep a Good Scientist Down V 1.1.2a |
Introduction |
After a hiatus I return to the fold. |

Round 1 | | Casey Wickum | ML (-25)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
Casey was in top shape as always. I got VERY lucky in this game. I didn't have to face any McCoy shenanigans or Shran-nangans (see what I did there). Casey didn't make any mistakes from what I recall. I also had a slow start. So all in all a very enjoyable game. |
Corbin was rolling with relativity his old standby, We know this matchup pretty well, but he did a really good job of keeping in the game and not getting caught up despair at some skill sniping. He played some really solid dilemmas, and caught me off guard with some of them. Overall a pretty good game. A ship snafu on my last attempt gave me a Mod Win instead of the FW by going with the B First instead of the Enterprise, but it's a mistake that I can learn from. |

Maggie's deck wasn't quite firing right for some reason. My deck was doing everything right. Had a fun time! |
Corbin was playing his old standby Relativity deck. I made a very boneheaded mistake on his first attempt - planet dilemma at a space mission. Biochemical Hyperacceleration would have been great, and we saw that it was amazing on a later attempt. I was more successful holding him off later, but after that slow start I didn't really recover. |
