Also Carter telegraphed he is going to play Battle Borg and TNGBorg seem my best chance to beat those. (for now) Also big tournaments let me probably dodge Niall. He would hopefully hit a wall with his diluted antiborg tech decks. Round 1 Stephen R Sanders FW (+100) It took us days to setup the game due to space-time-distortions (timezones). One day tournaments are so much better in that regard. Spock was playing DS9 Bajorans without the new cards and his report engine is almost as good, if not even better than Alpha Alliance drops. Spock was back from a long hiatus and runs into my tuned to the bone deck. I feel a little bad. Long story short, I do as always and start attempting Turn1, meanwhile he is gathering some folks on DS9. After I solved my first mission he peeks at his Bajor mission. Edo Probe. Scared of it, he moves with the Defiant into the Gamma, where all his other missions are seeded.I quinn the Wormhole Navs for a stop. Very (too) quickly digs he through his first Space, just to hit Cytherians. But he is quick at moving to the other side of his short Spaceline. (also -1 Span) Instead of moving back to the Space he decides to dig into a planet. My Inception Dilemma pile starts to unfold and he will not attempt again before I solve my 4th! mission. 125-15 (going second) Round 2 Stephen P FW (+100) Spectre messaged me before our game that he isnt really interested in playing and so he scoops it up after I tent for the devil to blow up his treaty. unfortunately it wasnt possible for him to just quit the tournament and so he made some snarky comments on the forum topic. Obviously I got punished for replying to those and left the tourny (and game) after.
