The Immovable Force |
Introduction |
Ooops, I broke the all-skill-dilemma achievement when I added a bunch of Shattered Mirror dilemmas in. At least I got a Shattered Mirror Release achievement to make up for it. |
Round 1 | | Bob Geis | FL (-35) |
Bob's KCA deck didn't quite work as well as we expected, but at least it chewed through my skill dilemmas once Garak showed up. Couldn't make Frame of Mind hit. |
Round 2 | | Cayenne Geis | ML (-70) |
When Cayenne solved Aid Legendary Civilization, I still only had 4 counters of personnel in play. She played Guinan three times this game, twice with Preposterous Plan. Frame of Mind hit, but it only really got rid of one total personnel and allowed her to Guinan/Inyo again. |
Round 3 | | Amanda Thompson | ML (-25) |
Amanda has long been frustrated with Bridge Officer's Test; it always feels like she needs it when she doesn't have it, and has it when she doesn't need it. Well, in this game, Lethal Wound meant it killed two personnel, which allowed Arresting Display to hit. Frame of Mind hit, again only reducing the attempt by one, but at least removing Mullibok from play. |

Closing Thoughts |
Frame of Mind is super fun, but in the future I'll be hard-pressed to use it over Center of Attention. |
