FerengiIf This Doesn't Work, I Give Up On Ferengi
Introduction

Round 1DS9Non-AlignedChris O'ConnellMW (+30)
Chris played his non-aligned integrity deck again, which he has been fine-tuning for months now and dealt a devastating defeat to my Borg assimilator last month. I considered putting The Seen and the Unseen for that very reason, but I decided against it largely because I don't really agree with the idea of the card. Anyways, Brunt allowed me to keep his Energizes off the table, giving me a speed advantage over his costly personnel. Unfortunately, the Moogie-RoA #6 engine was slowing down our game, so we had a time crunch. If I'd had the presence of mind to play my attribute interrupts after Chula had selected people (but before it had stopped them, so that I was still facing a dilemma) on my first Survey New World attempt, this could have been a full win. As it was, Survey New World kept chipping away at my important personnel, and it came down to a timed win.

Round 2Amanda ThompsonFW (+70)
My wife loves Bajorans, and had fine-tuned her Bajoran Integrity deck with some Resistance components. She was able to blast through Protect the Escapees on her first shot, but when I killed her only transporters in play with Necessary Execution (which I never drew against Chris, even though he went planet first) at Rescue Prisoners, I slowed her down enough to win. Unfortunately for her, her next game was against Chris, who could use Bustling to get Dukat, and totally take the steam out of her deck.

Round 3VoyagerSteve CFW (+60)
Steve was playing his new Voyager/Long Journey Home deck, hoping for maybe a hidden achievement. Fortunately for me, this is the game in which my draw deck came together perfectly - ROA 6 in the opening hand with Moogie (though he played a first turn Firestorm, so I had to wait a bit to play it). Once Brunt came out though, I was able to keep most of his events off the table too. And once I got the Moogie/ROA 6 engine running, the rules just flew under Ferenginar - I hardly had to use Rom at all for that purpose. Unfortunately for me, my dilemma deck was not cooperating as well - he got Caretaker's Array on the first attempt because I drew nothing that I could play (of course, I also forgot to use TCS on the 4 person crew), but I got lucky when I had to play a WNOHGB cold on his second mission and, even though I remembered his personnel's integrity numbers wrong, I still got the total right.
