Introduction I was trying to create a Terek Nor deck for this tournament, but I did not have enough time to test and modify so I went with the ol'stand-by. I added enough events to try to splash Whisper/Tsy/Sylvia into my deck. Thanks to Joel Bray for running a great event! Round 1 Thomas Kamiura FW (+95) My arch-nemesis in round 1...I was hoping to get TK after a game or two under my belt. Tk got some very nice stall going and managed to Dreamer my In a Mirror Darkly away. I was able to start pushing through missions. I got the FW, but with my last Dip and Science. Very close game as always with TK! Round 2 Joel Bray FW (+60)View opponent's ReportView original Report Joel was trying his hand with the Bajorans. I came out of the gate pretty quick and got my first mission which allowed me to At What Cost a couple times to gain a huge advantage. The problem with those high cost Bajorans is when you bounce or kill them it can be hard to get back online with them quickly. Joel did have the honor of being my only opponent to solve a mission for the day. Donati brought his speedy solver. I hate "At What Cost?" I was pleased with my ability to get several mission attempts out before his missions were completed en masse. Round 3 SethMendoza FW (+95) Seth...I mean Ish, is our newest player and put forth a solid effort, but my dilemma pile did a great job of walling him at Caretaker's Array. I saw a lot of improvement from our last event and I am confident Ish will starting picking up the wins soon!
