Event #8 of the 2020 Return to Farpoint Series
Rainbow Sealed - with Starter Draft!
Every player gets one of every Booster in the Lackey deckbuilder (Real Boosters only - does not include Fractured Time, Dangerous Missions, or Genesis) and examines their pulls. They then select one Premiere or Call to Arms Starter Deck to add to their card pool and proceed to build and play their deck as normal.
There is one additional rule, the mercenary rule. Any personnel or ship that cannot report to a given headquarters mission can still be played there at cost +1. This should allow for maximum playability and deck building flexibility, and by extension, maximum fun!
Lackey and an agreed-upon form of communication (generally Skype) required.
Please pre-register before the event date. I will generate card pools for everyone registered in Lackey and send them out on that day. Round 1 will have a 2 week timeframe, to include a week for deckbuilding. All subsequent rounds will run for 1 week. If we get more than 8 players, we will add a 4th round. |
